Sound Communities is accepting applications for 1-bedroom affordable apartments. The waitlist will close when the required number of applications has been received. Applications should be submitted at the Sound Communities office located at 24½ Monroe Street, Norwalk, CT 06854. A minimum income of $31,650.00 is required.
